Version 1.0.4 - Legal Framework for Logic Enterprises Fleet
This Master Technician Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Logic Enterprises Inc. ("Company," "Platform," "We," "Us"), a corporation organized under the laws of Canada, and the Individual or Entity applying for enrollment as a Technician Node ("Technician," "Contractor," "Expert," "You").
1.1 Status: This Agreement establishes an independent contractor relationship. You are NOT an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of the Company.
1.2 Tax Compliance: Technicians are responsible for all provincial and federal tax obligations (CRA Compliance), including Income Tax, CPP, EI, and GST/HST.
The Platform operates on a "Claim-Based Dispatch" model. Once a job is claimed, you are contractually bound to execute the resolution protocol within the scheduled timeframe. Misrepresentation of skills is grounds for immediate contract termination.
You must handle all Client Personal Information (PI) in strict accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the GDPR. Unauthorized extraction or storage of Client Data is a felony offense.
The Company is NOT liable for damages to Client infrastructure, data loss, or business interruption resulting from your technical actions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logic Enterprises Inc. from any legal claims.
You agree not to solicit or accept direct payment from Clients introduced to you via the Logic Enterprises Platform. Any attempt to bypass the Platform's billing systems will result in permanent removal and legal action.
